The insurance agent pop by my house today for a chat. Like a long time friend, he told us he's getting married soon in april and the story of how he met his wife-to-be. Heehee. And how his mum loves to bet on 4D. So addicted that she spent about $1000 plus every month. Haha. Oh yea, if you wanna get a new flat, bring a baby along because according to many people, babies can sort of tell whether the flat is "clean" or not. Hmm. He also adviced me to continue to take degree. He described those certificates as a tool. They will always come in handy. Told me some of his friends cases too. Hmm. Very useful refrences. We even started to analysed his signature. Wahaha. Funny guy, very friendly and witty.
