Do you:-
1. have difficulty sleeping at night?
2. have trouble staying asleep?
3. wake up too early in the morning?
4. wake up in the morning feeling unrefreshed?
If you answered yes, to any of the above questions, then you may be suffering from some form of sleeplessness, or insomnia. According to this website,

I found that I have difficulty sleeping at night recently. Normally the latest I would stayed up would be till 2am, anything later than that I would dozed off by myself. However, lately I just couldn't get to sleep until the clock showed 4am! Yes. Me have been sleeping at such weird timing.
I have trouble staying asleep. I'm easily awoken by little noises yet I also can drift back to my dreamland just as easily. So that means I find myself waking up for many intervals.
I often wake up in the morning feeling unfreshed. That's why everytime I need to take a bath first. Sometime I'm lazy though so I'll end up feeling sleepy after eating.
And I honestly don't think that counting sheeps helps! It just makes one more alert.
AND...
I honestly don't think counting sheep would helps one to fall asleep faster. To me, It just makes me more alert.
