Today I received many difficult-to-handle de phone calls. Yesterday was quite smooth but today, I got a call telling me that his ATM card was stuck in the image printing machine and he didn't know what to do and was quite pissed off, he really sounded very nervous lor, so I tried to calm him down which somehow works! Another called to ask me who's the person-in-charge for medical. As if I know. Should have tell me medical for who all this ma. Sometime they called and say I want to buy. Buy what? Must tell me ma. If not how I know which department to transfer you to? Haiyo. Two called and asked to transfer to some chinese names but my name list only have their christian names so I have to asked them. Wha. So much to learn one lor. Everyday different calls for different purpose, everyday got new things to learn. Everyday see new faces, everyday get to know someone else better.
Maybe because I had to use the phone frequently, the phone coil get entangled into a big mess and it's very hard to pick up the receiver. Thus I asked A to help me straighten it. He removed the coil but since the receiver is still on, the phone is not engaged. Just nice, someone called and the phone rang. Then, human nature ma, so he pick up the receiver and spoke into it without realizing the coil is not connected. Wahaha. Then, he give the how-come-no-sound-har look. So funny lor. I kept laughing at him. After a few seconds then he relised and faster plug in the coil to answer the phone, lucky the other person haven't hang up yet.
Then, when it was about lunch time, he puasa ma, so never eat and stayed in to read the Straits Times. Then he started laughing and called my name. I thought what happened. Then C also go see what happened as he was pointing at the cover of Life section. She asked,"Jasmine ar, you on cover page you know?" I was like HUH?!! What happened. So I faster walk over and look. WHA SEI. Yuan Lai the cover page of Life today features this young pianist "Abigail Sin" and they thought that's me. Goodness! Really look somewhat like me wor. Hahaha. Did a yahoo search on this talented gal and found the following website: http://www.abigailsin.com/MyCV.htm I think the small pic up there which shows her side view did look abit like me lor. Hmmm~ Not bad la. Won so many awards. I wish I was like her also lor. Hehe. Somemore is talented in the music area!!! Envy sia~
After work met pt for our monthly spa cum facial. One thing I learnt about them. They like to say this to new customers, "Your face ar inside oily, outside dry hor, must..." Everyone also the same one lor. How come ar? Is it because inside oily we cannot find out easily? Haix, but sad to say it's really very comfortable lor so many people still put in their $ for this. Facial and also got shoulder message. Today's milk bath also very shiok! The water temperature very hot. Like go hot spring like that. Wahaha. Hot until my skin turned red like prawn! Haha. Pt say hers is not so hot, then she came out still felt cold. Wahaha! Today, they wanted us to buy new product. They very clever one. Say give us one product for free right, then today when they gave us the product they say must buy another coz the free one is for night use and the other is for morning use. Calculated the cost for us. I super dun wan to buy lor. So keep saying cannot la. School reopening soon, den no income liao. Then they also no choice.
PS: New type of politics. Religion politics. Dunno la. - keeps saying but overall like okay lei but then got pple comment la, now I also scare scare. Hmmm. Better dun blog out, if not offended people.
Last week saw the Star Cruise Virgo stopping at the harbourfont stop just outside my office. Super magnificent lor. Too bad I never brought my camera along. Today, wanted to take its photo but it was already gone. Sigh. Must have set off to some other destinations le, dunno when will it be back. Hmmm. Oh yes, I got a staff polo tee today with my co's logo. Limited edition, not everyone can get de. So I'm lucky again la. Hee. Material good for cold weather but think will only wear it at home ba.
