Today is an unlucky day for me. Tried lodging the Annual Returns for one company but because today is the last day to lodge annual returns, the server of that bizfiling website went crazy. Nothing can be done. Only towards the end of the day then they give a notice saying they had extended the filing by two weeks. Sian. Say so earlier la. Then I don't have to keep trying and waiting ma. Went out for lunch. After lunch, I came back to find that one of my folders was missing. After searching high and low (I even search the pantry), I still couldn't find it. It simply vanished. Jia Lat liao. The folder contains all the important Bizfiling documents and original, SIGNED resolutions of the directors. At first I was not really that worried. I thought it must be in the office one ma. Maybe somebody took it by accident. However, when nobody returned me the folder after 5.50pm, I really panicked. No choice. Sent an email to every staff informing them of the lost folder and asking them to return to me if they have seen it somewhere. After that I went home still with a worried mind. Monday, hope the folder will be back on my desk. Please. Please. Please be there on my desk on monday. Haix.
