Volunteered at the clementi CC to be the helpers for the tax e-filing thingy with Jia today. One good point, the CC is jus across the street, so I can simply walk over from home. Many pple turned out for this. Don't even have time to slack till the last few minutes. Take turn with Jia since the computers there were not enough for use. Most of them are those elderlys and also some who encountered problem with the connection at home. Although during the training, the pple from IRAS say to let the taxpayer learn and file on their own, but down there, we are totally in charge of the computers. Luckily, it's quite easy to handle. The first person I helped is a Taxi Driver. Hee, quite nervous at first, so seek help from one of the helpers there. This was not her first time volunteering, so can see that she's very experienced. Hmmm, all went on smoothly except towards the end, I din manage to help one of the taxpayer file his tax. Instead, make a mess out of everything and he have to get a new IRAS pin. Haix, blame it on the stupid internet connection. Load so slow, and keeps hanging.
