Very "Bu Shuang" my boss today. Yesterday told me to stop working for the time being, den today, early in the morning, SMS me to ask me to go back to work. HaiX. So my plan has to be changed, and now I own my frenz a meal. Took my own sweet time and was late for work. Anyway, came to a decision that this wk will be my last wk le. So two more days of standing. Somehow, I'll miss some of the aunties there, and also the foods. Expansive but tasty. The saying that if u r hungry, den everything will taste nice is true. Sales today was very very very bad. Felt that mayb without me standing there, sales could be better coz some pple when I tried to approached them, they'll walked away =( and boss had to choose today to come over to spot check. Not a good day, she could see that I'm not performing to the standard and there's not really many shoppers today. So, she also very kind la, before she left, still encouraged me and asked me to work hard, give her a good sales this wkend. Oh no! Stress~ At the moment, all my Bu Shuang feeling towards her is all gone le. Rather, I pity her. Sales so bad still hav to pay for wages, rents, etc. HaiX... SaDdeninG~
Advices for future promoters: (May differ for different palce)
1) Have to be very good at persuading pple to buy ur products. In short, have to have a good "ren yuan" and talks a lot.
2) Though this job dun have uniform de, but best is wear either black or white. More formal colours. Wear too bright will make u seem like a typical shoppers.
3) Try not to be late, since the pay is based on hourly one.
4) After standing in the air-con place for so long, during break time, it's best to eat something hot. Like food with soup. Dun eat fast food.
5) At work, ur collegues will all be busy working de, so dun expect them to chat with u. It's normal if they jus walked pass u without even smiling.
6) Try to know where's the restroom, fitting room, and all the promotion items and place to exchange for free gifts, coz most of
times, pple will asked u for directions.
7) Try to sell at least over 10 products a day. Though this job dun hav targets for pple but daily pay already $35. If u sell less then that a day, den it's not good if the boss finds out.
Hehe... jus my lil piece of advice. May not be useful, but no harm seeing ba.
PS: Today, got customers came and critisized those nail-polish, saying that those are harden already then they go add water de. Say this in front of me lei!!! I "Bo Bian" coz I go and take a look, the quality really very nothing to say. That's why I rather not promote, jus tell them whether there's discount or not, at least if they buy liao not good, I won't feel bad.
