Hmm... wednesday is just not one of my favourite days... especially if that day has IAC class. Lucky, today only has CATS class. Morning was down at the old folks home again... Today is most probably the last time we had to went there. Played more games this time round, even did morning exercise with the old folks. Hmmm... the old folks there really had good memories, they still can remember us, after 2 weeks. So, as usual played games with them. Had a deep impression with a few of the old folks there. There's Shalleh, who is so nice, when playing board games, he'll try to let you have the move so that you will win in the end. (He's expert in the board game, loved to use his mind but hates taking his morning exercise, to the extent that he'll make up an excuse that his leg is pain... Keke... =P) Then, there's an old woman from India, with huge ear holes. After chatting a while with her, she even started talking to me in Tamil... "-- Alamak... So i just pretend I understand and nod my head...Then, there's another old man there who loves to sing songs. "Love me tender, I love you..." Hee... Good singer indeed... but rather cheeky... >_< likes to talk back at people. Then, there's one guy who requested for a pen from us, so my friend just gave him hers. Hmmm... actually every old folks there are very different in their characters, some likes to voice their thoughts out, some prefer to be alone... they have different hobbies too, some just want to play toy bowling, some don't. The only similarity is that they all want to find people to listen to them, played games with them, accompany them...
PS: Didn't really expected the community work to end at just 2 visits to the old folks home... Haiz...
