MONDAY (30.06.03)
Was at Ngee Ann today to collect my laptop. Really very heavy, weighs about 2.8kg. My mum was there to help me carry. She insisted on going as we still need to pay the balance of about $77 and she's afraid that I'll lost that huge amount of money. Okay, I know that's just her excuse of wanting to go to my school and take a look. She always says if she can live her whole life again, she'll take up mass com in a poly. She'll definitly not take the road to marriage. So, she's pinning all hopes on me, to do well and not make the same stupid mistake as her. Saw many familiar people there too. Later, went collect my EZ-link card. I hate the new colour of the EZ-link card for tertiary student. It's too red. Disgusting. The bad thing is this card also deducts adult fares unless you are going to apply for bus pass, or it's of not much advantage.
PS: Charging laptop now, they say must charge for at least 10 hours. Must wait until 2am then I can start using it.
